Thumbs up DAY:: HUGE THANKS IS WELL DESERVED

Just needed to put a special thread out there, if not a few already, THANKING U BUCK and all the instructors Alanzo, Derek, Jason, Bill, Alan :notworthy for MAKING our track day go as smoothly as possible. It's obvious that u guys ACTUALLY ENJOY not only the track but also TEACHING what u enjoy about it, and that made the experience a breeze. Going into this day was scary and a little bittersweet for me, but ur patience, guidance, and encouragement HAS GONE A LONG WAY WITH ME....AND I hope u guys aren't tired of my SLOW yet, cause I'LL BE BACK.....once I can move my legs again that is !!!!

Gotta also thank Tim (thanks for ur encouragement and guidance as well) and James for feeding us so delightfully, too bad I couldn't have a full meal of that good sausage and brisket!!!! All the guys that came out and supported, thank u2, I would list u guys but I was 2 cross-eyed by 5pm Saturday to remember my own name!!!!

AGAIN THANK U FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE, I couldn't have asked for anything better....i'm hooked!!!

a GREAT group of guys they all are....without buck and crew.....we wouldn't have our second home/family out there at MSRH.

and don't worry, you'll be back out at the track sooner than you think....next thing you know, you'll have a dedicated track bike, new gear, new bike parts, more track days, then you'll be working just to support your track habits......

, sounds like my life story.

That and release my death grip!!! I got a lot of to slide over , so it took time mastering. I felt a of a lot more comfortable on the left than the right, but I heard that's normal!!! I'll be back on the 16th to work on that!!!!

Bullsh!t, i'm keeping it slow!!! people kept asking me why r u going so slow, ur faster on the street, u really don't realize how much u HAVE 2 humble urself on the track. It highlights ALL of ur nasty habits u picked up off the street, which could land u in the dirt out there!!! Buck's quote will last me forever "u gotta go slow 2 go fast"!!!

There were few girls made me concerned before the trackday.
Previously hearing your style of riding (mainly from your posts) and your type of bike really got me worried.
But you proved me wrong and showed up with all your street habits behind.
I saw you riding on the front straight and I can tell you were really easy on the throttle.
I watched you from behind and I can tell you were trying really hard to move your body around.
You listened, learned and applied.
Great job, Candy.
I'm very impressed and proud of you.
Hope you continuously come out to the track and enjoy motorcycle riding in different level.
There are far more than looping around 610 at night and backroads.

Nutmeg that means SOOO MUCH COMING FROM U, and I can't agree more!!! I knew coming into this it was gonna be humbling in terms of my riding skills, so i made EXTRA effort to just stop, slow down, listen, and pay attention. When I saw xanthea go off the track the 1st time i slowed down even more, b/c I could see all of her street habits (that I have to, btw) played a huge part in that kind of boo boo.

I most definately will be back out there on a regular basis. I felt really good about this experience and I know it's just b/c of the instructors and vets showing me the ropes the CORRECT WAY!!!! THANK U AGAIN!!

Thanks for taking it in a positive way.

You had all the right things to have for the first trackday.
Great attitude to learn and adopt new things.
Being humble and stay open minded will keep you out of trouble and make you go faster.
You did ten times better than my first trackday.
If you keep it up, there'll be no time to get pass by you.

Now, please don't attack me with caps...

+1 on what Taeyoung said. I expected you to be some wild-let-loose maniac out there :laughing6 but I was very impressed how you mastered to control the throttle! One could just see how you were trying to learn out there and think through everything you did without letting the beast in you get the better of it. :icon_bigg ... and while standing with you in the pits, you were all ears for anyone who had advice to give you as you were soaking it up like a sponge.

:notworthy

YOU DID GREAT!

having to sit back and watch for a change gave me a whole new perspective of track riding. made me think back to when i was in your shoes. all of you girls were looking great, some of you were actually impressive. I was checking tires and am pretty sure that everyone lost their "chickenstrips" saturday.

I think a few of you girls may have found your newest addiction. remember, there are more tracks out there to ride, keep an open mind and try em all! each track has its own advantage over the others. some are fast, some are slow, some are technical and some are just a freaking blast b/c they offer a little of each. Cut up your credit cards and ditch the bills so you can spend that money on more trackdays!
