Man I'd love to meet him. Coolest guy in GP, next to Rossi of course.
Is he a regular up there? I'd like to get him to sign my lid.

Yeah, I met him at one of the gatherings once... it was pretty sweet. He's a real down to earth guy, and taller than I expected.

There's almost no racers that ride a sportbike in their "regular" life. I've never heard of any that do. I'm sure there might be some, but probably not very many.

How many CMRA experts even ride outside the track? Not many.

When racing is your full time job, last thing you want to do is use your little precious free time riding... Just my $.02.

On Sunday Speed showed a short segment about Boz Bros and Ben mentioned that they were auctioning Eric's personal R1. Looked pretty cool, but I was thinking "None of them ride on the Street".

Some of these guys might not be allowed to ride the street per their contract. Ironically, riding a motorcycle on the street is considered a dangerous activity and can be restricted. I know lots of pro baseball, basketball and football guys have clauses against it.

Colin is the sh*t though. When my brother(Cashtown) took me to Valencia for the GP, we toted along our Texas Flag and went nuts when he'd come onto the back straight! Wish he would have won and wanted our flag for the victory lap.

Went to 3 Palms a while back to watch a friend race. Just sittin there chillin. I look up and Colin walks right in front of me. I tell Steve, " I think Colin f*&kin Edwards just walked in front of me."

Sure enough, his daughter was pimpin a fiddy havin fun. I grab a RRW out of the truck and rip out a SIDI ad with him on it and get it signed.

Was almost as cool as talkin to Ben Spies on the fence in between races last year at the Hill. Schweeeet!!!
