Im not new to riding just riding off road. I just finished rebuilding a 2001 yz125. Eventually I'm wanting to start racing enduro, but one step at a time.

If not no big deal I will get some riding under my belt and show up next time. The last thing I want to do is slow anyone down.
Bring it.

I am on a WR426 and dont go real fast. I just go steady. I dont really stop,my legs are too short and I fall over.

what ^ said.....I will post a time to meet for the Sunday Ride at the StubbleField trail head either Friday or Saturday

Since there looks to be more than a few riders we will probably split the groups in half so there are not too many hold ups. Either way I plan on riding the string and big loops which is a total of 28 miles. We should be good as there are some good areas to stop and let ppl catch up along the way.

Make sure you have your gear and bring a camel back and snacks with you on the trails

Awesome! Look forward to it. The only thing I do not have at this time is knee guards. Helmet, goggles, gloves, chest protector, boots, and so on I have.

Knee guards are a must. Cyclequeer has some for $20 that work great. Dont forget ur Camel back.....

Be prepared to be doing a lot of shifting on that 125 2stroke....

Hey guys, us OLD DUDES will be riding Saturday from the Stubblefield (west side) trailhead at 10am if any of you want to ride then also. It's going to be a nice and easy ride on the String and Balloon. We just cleaned those trails 2 weeks ago and they were in really good shape, maybe a bit wet and whooped out, but there ain't gonna be any dust and sand will be packed. You'll need a spark arrestor and the foresty sticker for your bike to ride in the forest, then you can pay $5 cash at the trailhead for parking and you should be good to go tittybingo.

Dont forget that you need a spark arrestor and a sticker. You can get the stickers from different shops around town. Someone else might chime in on where they are if you need one. They are only $15.

Yes, thank you I live in Beaumont so cowboy Powersports is the place picking that up today. My FMF turbine core 2 exhaust says it's out for delivery today so I should be good there as well.

Keep the suggestions coming I'm sure I will forget something like batteries for GPS/gopro or something

I don't get it. Is it because I'm too young or too stupid.
