I just thought it was pretty cool how these guys were running up and down mud hills and . The course was basically laid out buy a guy that just walked the island and was thinking - "Yeah, I think I'll make them go through this river and then up this muddy field on the side of this hill. f Hmmm, let's see if there's a good spot to go through that forest over there . . .."

Thank you for sharing. After seeing the incredible documentary, TT3D: Closer to the Edge, a few years ago I visited the event to see it in person. It was stupendous. I always thought those guys were not right in the head going that fast on in those conditions, however they're just cut from a different cloth in terms of attitude and composure.

That was awesome. I always thought it was only a road course, I had no idea they did all that. Man how the times have changed.

Thanks for sharing

Thanks for posting, but that's not the IOM TT. It's FIM’s International Six Days Trial which is "the oldest 'off road' motorcycle event on the FIM Calendar." The race was held in various countries from year to year.

I need to get me one of those MZ bikes

Right. Title and text were just satire. I've been interested in going for a few years now and after seeing what some of the first bike runs were on the Isle, this video came up and I thought it was kule. Some guys actually pushing bikes, plowing up rivers - HA.

I wonder what Bray Hill looked like - or if one of these old places is it and just can't recognize it.

I actually don't know when the very first TT was held. 75ish?

Are you sure that wasn't run with horses? That would explain "Bray Hill". (or is that for donkeys? (brey?) Whinnie is what horses do, right? It's important)
