The guy i hit contacted me....

today, i recieved a letter from him, not to go into detail, but he said he was happy to hear of my recovery and amazed by it. he told me a little about having to drive by the accident site everyday and relive it. that made me feel a little bad.

i wrote back saying thank you for writing and asked if we could meet and talk one day. told him i understood if he didnt want to, sounds like the wreck had quite an impact on him. told him i did not have any memory of it. i hope he will agree to meet and maybe i can get a little better understanding of it all. maybe even get a new friend out of it all.

Hope he will. Maybe it will get you or him closer to a lil closure. Although u seem fine... But I thought i read somewhere he was trying to sue you or something. Correct me if I'm wrong.

that is a long story, he didnt try to sue me, i think his insurance sued my insurance.......i think.

i dont need closure just because i dont remember any of it. which i would like to hear his memory of it if he is willing to share. i have often wished i could remember it, but at the same time i think gave me some grace by letting me not remember it. so in other words, i wish i could remember but at the same time, im glad i cant.
