Re: My MSF class...

By the way....
Thanks for the info Racer X, I took the msf course @ SBISD and I really enjoyed it.* right:
After taking the course I feel more confident and safe riding.
Last sunday I went for a 200 miles ride to bellville and the road was so nice to ride thanks to all the info I got in the msf course.*

Re: My MSF class...

Just FYI for those that are interested. Republic of Harley Davidson also teaches the class. There class is 5 days and cost $295, supposedly alot more in depth. You learn on a 500 Buell Blast and you need to have your own helmet. They have weekday and weekend classes.

This was at the HD off of 59 across from the Fountains for those in the Sugar Land area that wanted something closer. Cost is a little to much for me though so I think I'll just be making the travel.

it's alot more in depth about HD (meet the shop mgr, meet the apperal mgr, meet the sales mgr), but the riding portion is the same.

Re: My MSF class...

Well I called up Spring Branch and they have no openings for this weekend. That really sucks because I wanted to get it done so I can start practicing in the parking lots and stuff. Anyway you can fit me in Racer?

I signed up for the next weekend and told them to call me if there are any cancellations then to let me know.

sorry, no can do.

you can go up to class early sat. morn., and wait to see if somebody doesn't show. have cash and join the class. they can only have 12 per class, no MORE. so if the 12 show up, i guess wait till next weekend.

i am scheduled 6/30, and may pick up 6/23

Re: My MSF class...

Well they've already charged my card so I won't need the cash and I guess I could do that. Do people usually not show up? It'll probably take me 40 min. to get there. Right now I'm signed up for the 7/16 class.

Wow, I had that guy all the way over in Magnolia.* He must travel all around to teach.
I also teach at SBISD. But I live in Bryan and ride in to teach. I don't travel for the money. I do it because I love to help out new riders, share their enthusiasm, and help get more riders safely out on the roads.
