I was ridin wit D_unit and my boy Lee and they said i had my blinkers on when i changed lanes. i don't think he was picking on you cuz you were on a bike...50 in a 35 will usually put you on the side of the road with the reds and blues no matter what you are driving...

but lawyer up, they've worked well for me

If you have two independent witnesses that can attest to your signal and speed, then you are in the right and take the cop to court (and bring the witnesses)... good luck..

50 in a 35 means no defensive driving. 10max over the limit.

Use deferred and save defensive driving for out of town tickets.

Thank u all! i was really emphasizing on the signal, i was passing up a car in front of me, changing lanes going 50. i thought speed limit was 45 mph, i mean 35 is like residential limits. I know i can take def. driving cause the cop told me i can resolve it like that. Oh and another ticket for Expired Inspection....where and how much does it cost to get one. i just got my bike last month from a ind. seller. thanks again!

There are other criteria, and the court has the final decision on whether you'll be permitted to dismiss the ticket by completing a driving safety course.

But it does appear to still be at the court's discretion.
