If an on coming car flashes lights at me I assume they're warning me about a cop. English is my first language

I assume if someone flashes their lights at me that I'm expected to kill them as part of a gang initiation.

Maybe you could explain what YOU think it means...
I never thought it was a question, I always knew it to mean, you are telling me there's a cop ahead.

I don't flash my brights for high beam and Hid's anymore. I have a led light bar nestled in my grill that I flip on. Sometimes I can actually smell their retina burning from my truck.
How you like those Hid's now!! Haha

^What he said. It's pretty situation dependent.

Oncoming traffic:
Flicker (day or night)=cop
Pause on high=dim lights

Intersection/Driveway=go ahead of me

Same direction of travel=move the over or you're a fuckwad for cutting me off.

The thread title mentions oncoming cars so sticking to that topic will avoid confusion.
Not trying to sound like an , I agree with you, flashing from behind means move over.

You're right. Most here know oncoming glad means cops. Just pointing out the rear view flash too. Some people don't know what either means. They are stupid. If you are warning them that there is a cop and they don't catch on they need to be taxed for being stupid. If you are flashing someone to move and they don't, they are stupid also. Lol

Absolutely!
My guess is if you flash 'em and they go over the hill and get a ticket, next time somebody flashes em, they're gonna make the connection.
Or maybe not, lol.
