the spots on the side of a tire where you can tell it has not been rode on the middle will be dark and the sides are usually brownish i know very much about chicken strips

Trying to wear off your chicken strips to impress people makes you a poser.

That being said, It's easiest to wear down the chicken strips doing slow MSF style maneuvers in a parking lot, or so I've heard. Do it after your tires have a couple hundred miles on them to break them in.
