What am I supposed to wear underneath my leathers?
Something that wicks away moisture to keep your skin from blistering. As hot as it will be, I recommend full sleeves and full leggings if you can. Anything that provides a layer between you and the lining of the suit since it's not as easily washed and it isn't soft enough (well, mine isn't)

What do I need to bring to prepare my bike?
Basic tools, tire pressure gauge, and tape are all I can think of. These are all things that some of our rent-a-man/support guys should have along but if you haven't reserved your rent-a-man and confirmed what he's bringing, play it safe and bring your own.

Is it advisable to be wearing an Ipod while hittin the track?
I've thought about it, but I'd say no to start off. I NEVER ride without music on the street, but I've yet to feel comfortable enough on the track to wear the headphones.

What do I need to bring as far as food, etc?
Bring lots of stuff to drink and some healthy snacks. Bananas are good to prevent cramping, grapes, pranges, etc. You want sugar to keep you on your toes but you don't want junk food messing up your stomach. Eat breakfast but not a whole lot - eggs are good for the protein.

Now - a little rant, if I may - there are at least a dozen guys in this thread offering help to the ladies. I asked for help, yet only one stepped up to the plate. THANK YOU SQUANTO!

The rest of y'all can kiss my @$$ because you'd rather keep yapping about nothing at all (oh my, I'll break a nail!) in a thread that has gone from some serious information on how to prep for the track to downright whoring.

/rant off.

And no, I wasn't the one that complained to the mods.
You better watch it woman! james and I are cooking for you hens! You better check your food before you eat it, and bring plenty of toilet paper!

Not adviseable. Don't want anything to possibly distract you. And if you are concentrating the way you should be, you probably won't even notice the music playing.
