Blessing of Bikes Interest

As many of you may know I am an Ordained Minister, and recently discovered that a number of guys at my church also ride. A recent ride together inspired a bunch of guys at our church to want to get bikes as well. They have asked about having their bikes blessed and I thought I might gage the interest of you Ladies and Gents here. We could arrange a big ride and short ceremony for the "beginning" of the 2015 season. If there is already one the MH attends we could also get the word out and participate in that one as well

For those who may not know, a Blessing of the Bikes is a short ceremony in which a clergy person invokes the protection, providence and presence of over the bikes and riders for a safe and enjoyable ridding season.

If you're interested you could type, " interested" with any thoughts or ideas that might help. If not interested then there's no need to reply.

Thanks

We do this back home the first week of the new year. After 2 years the turnout was 500+ bikes. Kind of a "Have a safe year" type deal.

He may have been, but Moses was a rider. It clearly states in the bible "the roar of Moses' Triumph is heard in the hills".
