TWS (Texas World Speedway) Nov 29 bad pass by me or?

Forgot how rough TWS (Texas World Speedway) is after COTA and ran hot into turn 10. Was about to get back on line and this.

eh, that was me.
I was on the race line. You over shot. I stayed on the line.
It was close and I apologize, but it was safer than running into the side of you.

Better than running into the side of him? You could always slow down and follow the rules.
