at the end....Chuck asked a guy in his corner "what happened?"

that tells me, he was not fighting anymore. He was done.

My 2 cents...for what it's worth!

They made over 300 million just in pay-per-view sales alone & the main event fighters get a percentage of that! I felt if it's a main event, give the FANS their money's worth! I felt Iceman was about to get back up & do what he gets paid for & do best! These guys are the best of the best in the world! If it was any other fighters I say stop it at that point they did!
I felt we got cheated...to me I wanted to see somebody get Knocked the F*ck out & stay out, not be trying to get up & go after the guy after he gets knocked to the mat!

EARN THAT CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE WITH AUTHORITY!!

He kinda did. In the end, fighters safety is what is MOST important. Not a fans need for brutality or anything else. I have a few friends that fight and if I was working his corner and the ref hadn't stopped it then both me and the towel would have been in the ring. I don't know how many fights you've had or how much boxing you watch/do but when a guy takes 4 or 5 unanswered blows to the head delivered from elbows and fists, he ain't getting back ;up to continue for a lil while. Chuck was out, all you would have seen had the ref not intervened was Chuck taking another 8-10 shots. Rampage would have stopped because even he would have knwon it was over. This is no Shamrock-Ortiz occurance, Chuck was caught and he accepted it.

exactly....which is all that matters. He admitted defeat, so it is done. "..money's worth"....who said that ? That's just absurd!
