Suzukis new Inazuma 250 Z

Fresher look at no extra cost for new version of Suzukis naked 250

Suzukis new Inazuma 250 Z

SUZUKI has a new version of its naked Inazuma 250 on display at this week's Motorcycle Live show in Birmingham.

It’s called the Inazuma 250 Z, and there’s nothing else to distinguish it from the existing Inazuma except its smart new two-tone paint job, in either black and red or blue and white.

So it's basically an Inazuma with new paint and a ‘Z’ but to our eyes it’s a big improvement over the single-colour blue or black model. And where most paint-job-specials cost hundreds of pounds more than the base editions, this one’s the same price, at £3,408 plus on-the-road charges.

It joins the new fully-faired variant, the Inazuma 250F, which is expected to cost around £3,800.

It's one of several new colour options on show on Suzuki’s stand at Birmingham’s NEC. Others include the V-Strom 650 in the same ‘standout blue’ as Suzuki’s GSX-RR MotoGP race bike.

The GSX-R750 and 600 are available in the same black/grey and black/red options as the GSX-R1000, while the GSR750 now comes in white or black.

Motorcycle Live runs until this Sunday.
