too tall...

So I'm 6'6 and only 185 lbs so fairly skinny and lanky as well as well just long. So far I have had trouble getting a jacket that fits well, I use a xxL right now but it makes me looks like a bag of chips. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what to do to get a jacket that would fit better?

The thing here is that Slyder does not just alter leather... she wears it...She has been doing trackdays and racing CMRA for a bit so she knows what the leathers have to do besides look good. I would not only trust her with my leathers, I trust her to ride with....

I strive to make keep garment as strong as it is intended to be.

I have used Kevlar, sting ray, leather, gor tex, cordura, spandura and most any motorcycle related material out there to accomplish my goal of pleasing my client with the fit and look of their garment.

Agreed, not to mention, if you ever watch any Alpinestars "How its made" video you'll see that their "expert tailors" are typically Seamstress' who have mastered their particular niche of moto apparel.

Any man or lady with enough time behind a needle (or sewing machine) should be able to alter, fix, renew, and also increase the strength of motorcycle apparel. sometimes mods are needed immediatley to take a good looking/fitting article and give it that extra "secondary backstitch" needed to make the piece near life-lasting (less a crash) right out of the box.
