Probably the best thief is a dead one.

Expect the unexpected because common sense is no longer common nor is sound logic. This new generation of self-entitlement and selfishness is a deadly silent killer wreaking havoc on the good-willing that is left in this world.

After a long- day in court, the jury found Cake-boy's brother....

NOT GUILTY!

THE JURY
FOUND THIS
NOT GUILTY!!!

Let's rehash the story:

It's a cold November 2014 morning. I rode into work like I always do and locked my helmet with my gloves inside of it to my motorcycle inside the parking garage in a designated motorcycle parking area. I leave to head into work. After work, I come out and Helmet and gloves are gone. I notify Security and Police to have a report done. I'm already expecting not to get my back and there is no sense in claiming it on insurance since it's not near the cost of the deductible. A week or so rolls by, I see my posted on Facebook and Craigslist. I notify police but was told that it may take up to 2 weeks for someone to take over my case. I'm thinking that's too long and so recruit the help of MH. The great MH prevails and scares Cakeboy and Cakeboy finally returns my calls. I record a couple of our conversations which is used as evidence. A week later, I meet up with an investigator, gave him my statement and evidence. He does his research and contacts Cakeboy. Cakeboy confesses in recording which was used as evidence too, that his brother was the one that took the helmet and gloves and him and his lady knew they were selling stolen . Subpoenas get sent out, and Cakeboy's brother makes bail. I'm guessing sometime inbtween that and now Cakeboy and lady skips town---Warrant for arrest is still out. Whole lot of case resets happen until finally the trial goes through. I sat through jury selection and saw how the jury selection takes place so I can see how it's like to be judged by our "fellow peers". Out of 20+ people the lucky 6 are selected.

Cakeboy (Edwin Nieto) and lady (Maria Hernandez) skipped town and have a warrant out for their arrest. It was just Cakeboy's brother and I'm assuming his mother with him in court.

Cakeboy's brother (Moses Rudy Nieto) isn't the brightest kid so more than likely Cakeboy was the guy behind the stealing of my helmet. What me off even more was Cakeboy's brother told me to my face that him and his brother took my helmet and gloves before trial even started and denied it in court. His defense attorney tried to suppress evidence but didn't win. This allowed the State to play the tape recordings of all three of them admitting they took my helmet and gloves and described everything to the T of how it went down.

The attorneys, people in the court, and judge were just dumbfounded at the jury's decision.

I need a drink. .
