HOV Lane Enforcement

So we were in the truck coming back from the museum on Wednesday, going down I10 westbound, looked over in the HOV lane and two motorcycle cops were stopping everyone checking to make sure nobody was cheating, they had so many people stopped and writing tickets. I laughed so hard, personally, that annoys the out of me when people pull that . Have you seen this before? I didnt know if it was a common thing or not.

Usually you can see this on 45 South from downtown, They always have a bunch of cars there, the bad thing about it is that they get their ticket and still have to go on the freeway even later than before..hehehhehehehe at least give it to them after they get off ....hahhahahaha

Well motorcycles are allowed in the HOV lane... I ALWAYS get stopped when I get in that stupid thing only because you cant see my son looking in the window. Then as soon as they walk up they tell me NM and send me on my way

I ride the Eastex HOV just about everyday. Hardly any enforcement on that thing. METRO is real shorthanded on Motorcops from what I hear. Also, the city gets the ticket money not METRO so I doubt they have much incentive to place officers there.
