Rider was face down on street with no sign of life. Looked like silver R6 or R1 & white SUV collided at clearwood crossing intersection. Rider had a lid and didnt see blood but looked like he wasnt moving and ambulance wasnt on site yet.... praying for this guy n his family

A motorcycle crashed into a car last night in southeast Houston. The motorcycle rider died on the scene at Fuqua and Clearwood Crossing.

Police say the motorcycle rider was on Fuqua when a Chevy hatchback turned in front of him. The motorcyclist was unable to avoid the hatchback. He crashed into the side of the vehicle and died. He was wearing a helmet. Police have not said if the woman driving the hatchback will face charges.

Dang.

In brasil, when approaching an intersection with flashing yellow lights all 4 ways, they often honk before they go through. I found that pretty unique. It works for them.

In this case, we would need flashing high beam and honking at the same time since we was oncoming traffic.

Was not aware of that. I always flash the high beams and honk. Don't care if people gets upset. need to upgrade my horns with something louder. Also planning on red and blue strobes at the front to activate when approaching intersections or cars ready to turn left.

that sucks. But probably totally avoidable if he was doing 40mph. Remember this when you throw a leg over. There's a time and place for everything. Your local neighborhood streets aren't the place.
