Please help fellow biker involved in serious accident!

On October 29th one of our fellow motohouston brothers was in a serious motorycle accident coming from 45 to 610. Ramiro Gallo was ejected from his motorcycle over the 610 overpass and as you can imagine a lot of damage was done including but not limited to , broken back, broken neck broken arm and hip etc etc. Unfortunetly he doesn't have any medical coverage and is in need of some help. He was often at motohoustons central meets and loved to ride. Let's help him out any donation would be greatly appreciated from .50 cents to $50 anything helps! Thank you all and remember to ride safe.

Unless he was wearing a parachute, the gear wouldn't have mattered much (if any) in this scenario.

Hate to be the one to bring this up but your post is kind of vague. Your new to the forum. And there are a lot of scams out there. What other details can you provide to make me believe this isn't another one. What was his screen name?

I'm not on here often but I do attend most central meets that are held at outlaw daves or other locations. I can see where it seems like this is a scam but I assure you it's not. And he doesn't have a screen name he just purchased his bike maybe two months ago.

Tough situation for your friend, we've seen it before and we'll see it again. Best of luck in his recovery, sounds like he has a battle ahead of him.

I was reading about Health Insurance and Motorcycles ... I need to ask my carrier because I was reading where some make/made you have a rider for motorcycles. Alot of you have rode for ever and accidents have occurred. When you presented your insurance at the hospital and bills started rolling in ... did your insurance carrier try to deny any of the claims?

I ask because I have the best medical insurance ever ... so I do not carry it on my Moto Insurance. I just have not taken the time to ask if I wreck my bike will they deny my claims.

I want to say your Moto insurance should pay up before your health insurance should. Medical should pick up after that
