I have the Scorpio as well. It chirps if someone stands too close to it, if they donít move it goes off. It has tilt sensor, starter kill as well as paging u, canít remember the distance but that is handy. It has an adjustment as well so you can tweak its sensitivity Ö

I think I paid like $350ish, this was about 3 1/2 yrs ago, you can get them cheaper now. I got the Scorpio i500. There are some upgrades to it I'm sure. Read up on it here : http://www.scorpioalarms.com/products/motorcycle/sr-i500_trs5/

When I ordered mine, I ordered a wiring kit that was designed for my bike, you'll prob have to call and ask if they make one for your bike.

Remember this isn't going to keep some one from getting your bike, it's a deterrent, yah it's a good deterrent but...
I got this because at the time my bike was about 20ft from my apt. I parked it in its own parking spot. So if anyone stood to close for more then 5ish secs it went off and paged me. Of course I'd run out with my 45 ready to cap someone, but I never had to do that. If you have to park far from your apartment, not sure if this would suite your needs though.
I like the idea that I can park it at a mall/store etc, and when people get around it, it draws attention... and thieves don't like attention...

I left mine parked at the mall for a little bit and when I came out there were shoe sole marks on my fresh paint job. I park in a garage otherwise! I just need something that says "HEY F*CKER GET AWAY FROM MY BIKE". I'll install a LoJack system when I get more time/money.
