How long does it take for your average edit to get done? Like, for instance, your promo video. I just hate how long it can take to edit. , I don't even like how long it can take to edit my macro pics from my D7000. Editing video from my gopros ... gah ... I almost want to outsource it. That's part of the reason I like time lapses. Easy to make and easy to edit and pimp to watch.

Hour? . 30 minutes max for me. When I'm compressing photos to video for a time lapse I usually start the process before I go to bed and it's ready when I wake up if it's a 10k+ photo time lapse. Usually most of them are 2k-6k photos which work out to 3-8 minutes @ 24fps... which I start then go do something else so I don't feel like I'm wasting time just staring at the screen waiting for the video to finish. I built my computer for mid/mid-high lvl gaming and photo editing. Needless to say I don't wish to spend the coin to upgrade everything I need to upgrade to edit video. Also, I don't want to spend a ton of cash on a freakin' server/RAID just for freaking videos. I'd rather just get my edits done, upload the video to a few places then delete it.

TMAX, you are very mentally unstable imo. You mean well, but you make it worse for others.

time is mostly spent pulling out the clips you want from each session and then finding a good song for it all and then syncing up everything

And ya I know these high light videos are boring but its a fun way to have a short recap of what happened instead of posting the whole 20min session

Arrested? Nah just a lecture. One of the best Parade Laps ever. Just me on the track and golf carts and dirt bikes trying to catch me.
