You should be able to rent a video at your local video store... I think there is a website called takehomedefensivedriving.com or something like that also. I may be wrong.

I would say go to a Comedy class. They go by pretty quick and sometimes you get to leave early. The tests are simple as because they give you all the answers. There is one on I-10 feeder by the Beltway where that big golf ball is. That one was fun.

Yep... I had to go to Willowbrook mall to pick up my certificate because I'm a procrastinator.

For a motorcycle you can take the Advanced MSF or a regular Defensive Driving as you would take for a car.

I heard the Advanced MSF is really easy (do they still have the box though?). If you take the regular Defensive Driving, +1 for the comedy class. My guy was so funny, I actually ended up buying his CD .. what a sucker I am. He used a lot of the same jokes from the CD in the class. Don't know if that had a positive effect that every time I listen to the CD, I drive defensively now from all the flashbacks? :laughing6

I agree with everyone about the comedy classes.
I made the mistake of taking an online class and they are TIMED FOR TORTURE! There is no way to go fast through the course and I would have paid the fugging ticket to avoid that . Go to a class and get it over with quickly.

I always take the video one at home. At least you can lay down, eat and drink beer why you take it.

If the ticket specifically says "Defensive Driving", then you only have permission at this point to take Defensive Driving for a car, EVEN if you were on a bike at the time.

Call the court clerk and ask permission to take a Motorcycle Safety Course in lieu of Defensive Driving. Most of the time they don't give a rat's , but you have to have their permission first or they can deny it.

Either a Basic or Experienced Course will work if they give you permission for a motorcycle safety course.
