I would meet in Downtown - those skyscrapers are great to make some noise!

I used to meet down there back in the day (early 2000's) and have been three times to meet people on this forum lately. Never understood the appeals of this location. High traffic area (dangerous), super crowded parking lot, no privacy, deep in the city etc.

Always wondered why people wouldn't want to meet in a less populated place just outside the city with more room and better places to eat/hangout. That Starbucks is always so crowded you can't even sit down. Not just wondering why this place always seems to be the go to spot?

Yep. Maybe because Starbucks is a common place and its right next to thw freeway? There are more Subways than McDonalds now.. I vote to start meeting at a Subway! Lol

Because it's easy to find and entral for all riders and easy access to the freeway. Also didn't hurt that it was close to ASI back in the days.
