what's your dream track?

like the title says......what is the track you dream of riding on (in the USA)?

me and some buddies were talkin about maybe makin a road trip this december out to laguna seca for a trackday or 2. figured, since it'll be too cold to ride out here in december....a trackday over there in december will not be as cold as here.....and everybody will be on holiday break. who knows....maybe this is just an idea....but it's a considerable one for me. was thinkin it would be a cool thing if we had a MH caravan road trip type thing.

post your thoughts.

Road Atlanta or Barber.
I raced Road Atlanta a bunch when I was younger, before they removed the gravity cavity.

I haven't been to Barber yet, but plan on doing a track day there in the next year or two.

Laguna is fun, but I never really enjoyed the corkscrew all that much.

+1 for Barber. We had an impromptu trip planned but, it's out the window as of now. Shooting for next year. I have higher priorities to save money for right now!!!! :icon_bigg

My dream trak would be a nice curvy track spanning in and around my own property so I could ride every day if I wanted, that would be sweeeeet.

In USA
Laguna Seca.... I wish I could handle that cork screw at the speed GP does and with the same amount of finesse. Those guys are just so smooth and make it look so easy. I love the amount that that track works the riders, plus the carousel would be fun too!

Outside of USA
I would also like to try our the Nuremberg over in Germany, beautiful scenery and you get to really safely find your top speed.... Well safe as safe can be on a bike and track I guess.

Barber has to be at the top of my list, but I have ridden VIR and it is SWEET. The backside of the North Course (aka the rollercoaster) is friggin awesome. From the back straight you go up about 6 stries and then go back down before the front straight.

Worldwide I would have to say Phillip Island...

+1 for the Miller track. Heard nothing but good things about it.
2nd choice would be Thunderhill Track out in Cali. I have a thread about it somewhere.
