Lol reason I asked was cause he rode it by my shop on Tuesday. Kid had only Been riding for 2 days. His buddies said he had bought it a few days ago.

Unfortunately no, after 6 months of email and phone calls between the Webster police,and the Houston DA office, they wont do anything...
