I'm thinking that I have to take advantage of the weather, but won't be going on any adventures until Sunday.

I can do Sunday...all day.

I have always wanted to check out the stuff under 59 north at san jacinto river.

I have been crazy busy...so I don't even know if it has rained lately. So I don't know what my route's condition is. Maybe I can sneak out for a few minutes before Sunday and check.

I'm not sure of the time, but my buddy, and I will probably take 242 from 45 over to 59. Maybe even meeting at the flying J off of 242, and 59. We explored Cleveland a little last Sunday.

Here is a shot from that outing.

I have been all over that place.

Better have knobbies if you want to start under the bridge. A good water crossing (easy on 17s), then a good bit of deep sand, not 17 friendly, but why not, lets do eet!

Thats on the south side.
North side is some pretty hard packed dirt, but You cant get passed the sand unless you start in the neighborhood a few yards north.

I know that area damned well, and there are TONS of places to ride. Depends on how the rain was over there, but I would guess 90% of what I know is doable on 17s.

Just east of that bridge....sunofabitch!.....I was thinking 242.

I just looked on Google earth, AT THE PROPER PLACE...LOL.... I have been west of there. there is not much, but kinda fun. You can have offroad fun all the way to 1960.
Just gotta watch out for the washouts. Right under the bridge looks like it leads into oilfield property, sumbitches dont have a sense of humor, but I am game
