MotoGP 2014 Championship standings after Motegi
With three rounds remaining the Championship title has been won
MARC Marquez has been crowned the 2014 MotoGP World Champion at Motegi after finishing second clinching enough points to put him out of reach of his rivals.
With the Championship title winner now sealed, it's down to Yamaha's Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo to fight it out alongside Repsol Honda's Dani Pedrosa for second in the Championship.
Rossi and Pedrosa are tied with 230-points so far with three rounds remaining. Lorenzo is only 3-points behind with 227-points overall, but could his winning streak continue?
Ducati's Andrea Dovizioso remains in fifth with Forward Yamaha's Aleix Espargaro in sixth. His younger brother and rookie Pol Espargaro sits in seventh.
