Tell me I'm stupid for wanting to replace my zx6r with a s1000rr.

I have a 2013 zx6r, 8000~ miles on it now and I scooped it up for 6300 bucks with only 3000 miles on it back in March! I love it, it looks sick, the traction control has been pretty useful, I love banging out the gears, it's smooth, I get a lot of compliments, and it scares me still.

Now the dilemma, I want a s1000rr. I love how they look. They are and I want . I have no real reason to upgrade, I just want it. I want one in red.

Now tell me why I'm stupid so I don't waste my money.

dam ill pee in your for the 636 !!!!! You would be beyond stupid to get rid of the 13' 636 that you got for a steal of a deal and go get in debt for almost 20g's getting a beamer bike . They nice and all but that lol insurance is also expensive im sure . Stick to the ninja and enjoy not having a bike note and in turn you have more money for other bike related stuff . And for the record .... no

Well apparently you're a midget with a small if you ride anything other than a sv650 so..... neither

If you have money to spend and all you do is ride the street then I would say ride what you want and makes you happy. However I would try and get some seat time on the BMW first before you buy it to ensure you really like it. However if you have aspirations to take part in track riding and the such I would suggest keeping the bike you have to A. have more money to go play and B. It wont cost as much and you wont be as heart broken if you crash.

, I've never noticed how awesome the swing arm is on the BMW. Other than that I think it's a pretty vanilla bike, in terms of appearance. I don't like the headlights and especially dislike the shark gills. But performance is most important, so the S dominates.

What does your mom have to say about the larger bike? ^ Some here would say you need a 250.

Wait two weeks and if you still want it that bad, get it.

Try to find a used one, that'll take a little of the sting out of it, and have it painted for about $500.

Check how much your insurance is going to go up with the s1000rr. Mine went up 3 folds AFTER I bought mine, and now I am regretting it,,, (slightly)
