Good Service Shop near Galveston

I'm on the island and looking for a good reputable shop to do some services on my 05 Road Star. Any suggestions?

I've lived on the island 2 years now and have yet to find a good shop anywhere close by. There's some kind of shop on 14th street, near 14th and Market, but it doesn't look "reputable" at all from the outside, so I've never checked it out. I know the folks at Mainland Cycle in La Marque pretty well; they're a good bunch, not sure if they work on Yamahas though. As far as Yamahas go, I've heard good things about Texas Yamaha in Webster, on the West side of 45. They have a dealership in La Marque as well, but the Webster one is much bigger, looks like a more substantial operation. I have a trailer I might loan you sometime if you need it. Hope this helps.

Texas Yamaha in La Marque is a great dealership and service department. As for parts talk with Bill he is very knowledgeable, and if you tell him your a track day rider you get discounts!

No where on Galveston Island. EBR Performance in League City. Always helpful and friendly.

Mainland is both a great shop AND a SPONSOR.

I'm friends with the Service Manager and he lives in my SubDiv.
