You can't. Looks like he come from behind and attacks like a Ninja.

I do agree with many here. High line, low line have nothing to do with this crash. There was nothing wrong about Scott taking that line. And there was nothing wrong with the other guy taking his line either. But diving in like that while he had both riders in front of him in his view is unheard of.

Looks to me like the guy coming in from the High line realized he would be able to make the pass AND the turn and so checked up for the turn and collided with the bike on the low line. Doesn't look like from the camera angle to me that he showed TM enough wheel to get TM to concede the pass.

Umayr, he COULD also not have done a track day and avoided the wreck. He COULD have done a million other things that day. You saying he could have been on a different line offers no help or insight to anyone. And nobody wants to troll you. They are forced to because of your retarded comments.

It would be more dangerous for Tank to be on the high fast line at his slower pace down the front straight. Slower bikes need to stay to the inside of fast straights to avoid the insane closing speeds.

OK I've read all this and now I'm going to have to blame TM... TOG (the other guy) was clearly looking for a place to have a yard sale, TM clearly ignored the fact that TOG was in search of a place to throw it down the track by not looking behind and backing off... so I'm going to have to fault both TM and TOG's parents...

My GSXR is pretty busted up, I broke or lost 2 go pros and a GPS timer, roached a helmet and a *brand new* set of spidi leathers and I have some extra hardware in my shoulder and a few busted ribs.

Not sure what happened to the other rider as they feared a concussion and a punctured lung for me and transported immediately (fortunately both were false alarms). I saw from the video he got tangled up in my bike, so I'm sure he had some road rash and burns to deal with.

Watching the video, I honestly have no idea what he was trying to do, target fixation is the most plausible explanation I've heard, especially when you consider how much he'd slowed down by the time we collided.

I don't think I was riding unpredictably or erratically and I'm pretty sure I was on a 'normal' low line for that corner. But y'all can see and decide for yourselves - I'm certainly willing to listen to a well reasoned critique. Lord knows I'm still learning stuff every time I go out on the track...

you were holding your line, just got taken out by a kamakazi. I don't think you did anything wrong.

That was brutal! You got ragdolled at 100+. At least you can now one up everybody on accident stories. Guy thought he was going fast enough to make a clean pass. Think again.

so far I've had my TWS (Texas World Speedway) crash card punched for T1 and T12 - think I can get anymore before the track closes next summer?

(kidding! )

I will say the surgery scar ought to be quite the conversation starter - it looks like it may be pretty gnarly when all is said and done...

I bet it looks real nice. Not many people can claim they've done the ton while taking a nap.

You should know the higher line is safer and allows you to see more riders and maybe advise him to take the safer line to watch for himself? guy on the top swept down pretty quick and unexpectedly making himself unpredictable but also at the same time his front wheel was ahead of tank monkeys. Also it looks like tm was carrying good speed in there, and the guy on top was carrying some fair speed also but possibly assumed tm was slower since he was on the bottom part of the track

But remember im not blaming either rider just stating some observations from the video and asking questions since im not sure
Ok I know Umayr trolls and talks all the time. But when I read this I am not getting what some of you did. Maybe just a knee jerk reaction b/c of his antics of the past but he made an observation regarding the lines, speed vs perception from the overtaking bike, and ends with a statement of not blaming anyone and he is asking questions. In later posts he does contradict himself but I feel the flames from here. I dont see it.

And TM...never met you but glad you are ok. That was brutal ... he swept in like the Govt to steal your line. I thought at first glance he actually thought he cleared you an clipped your front tire but after blowing up full screen and slowing the speed he never clears you just gets maybe his front tire in front of yours then plows ya like a field.

Bad pass all around .. too much speed and lack of ability to pull it off. It looks risky even for a race ... he clearly was carrying more speed than he could handle. Someone mentioned target fix. Very possible he was looking at TM instead of past him leading him right at TM's bike.

I hope this guy is man enough to admit his mistake and do what is right. From some of the comments he sounds like he was already trying to avoid responsibility so good luck.
