Wild West Thief!!!!!!!

Today we had a customer come in with his young child, approx. 5-6 years old. He was trying on motocross gear. He was there for over 2 hours. Must have looked at himself in the mirror at least 100 times. All of us in the parts department are quietly laughing at him because no one has ever been so into their own look in the mirror. What a squid right?? He was geared up from head to toe, $550 Fox Instinct boots on his feet. We all kept asking if he needed help, he responded by saying he was waiting on his wife and they had $2000 to spend on gear. He had tried on every helmet on the shelf, had a gearbag full of stuff on the floor including several helmets. He finally made it to the parts counter where an employee began invoicing all of the items. At that point he said he had to go to his car to get his checkbook. Keep in mind it's Saturday and its busy so not everyone is paying attention. As he is approaching the door I ask my parts guy if he paid for the stuff and he tells me not yet, going to get his money. I send another guy to follow him but it's too late. He's running for the car. He throws the kid in the car and burns off almost running over my guy. Here is the bad part. He had the child also wearing boots and pants!! He was a recent customer. We had a name and phone number. We also got his license plate # and have video of the whole thing. How much of a roach can you be to involve a young child in this type of theft? He deserves everything coming to him, and I hope it's prison and a man friend!!

That's some bullshit right there. I could maybe justify stealing food if you're starving, but stealing luxury items like motorcycle gear is ridiculous.

The right judge will give close to two years if the amount stolen was $1500 or more especially if the little kid wearing gear was in the police report. After a year in time out wild west should send him a "we appreaciate your buisness" letter with a soap on a rope.

We only have him with $1200 worth of stuff, he never attempted to leave the store with the gear bag. Yes, the poor kid was wearing boots and pants. Father of the year for sure. The plate # came back to a lady's name who happens to be listed as his girlfriend on facebook. You gotta' love social media when you want to find somebody. If you happen to see a craigslist add, or a piece of at the track selling brand new Fox gear please let me know. Instinct Boots size 10, retail for $550.

Not sure if they can make it stick, but vehicular assault is in the report. The child endangerment charges should be easy to prove. Who does that with a kid?
