LeMans Wrap Up *SPOILERS*

OMG, that had to be the most exciting first 10 laps of a MotoGP race EVER!! I loved it!

I think 5 riders set new highest altitude records with their high sides! :laughing6 Thankfully, it seems like they are all OK.

Seeing the 2 french riders out front was cool and hearing the crowd erupt was equally spiffy. Especially when Sylvan took the lead on his Dunlops.

Colin Edwards did his special disappearing act on the first lap again. (Steve-O, you underestimated his ability to fall back in the pack! :laughing6 :laughing6 )

Awesome sight when the water is flying off the tires and they have their knee down.

You'd have thought Alex Hoffman won the race with his celebrations.

Nicky's season can't get much worse.

Good stuffs. MORE MORE MORE MORE!!

what happened to Edwards that first lap took about 5 min??

As for knee down in the rain I remember following Mark Gifford in to turn ten TWS (Texas World Speedway) there was at least 1 inch of water on the track he hits that turn cheek still on the seat leg close to the plastic and knee in the water. He drifted across the turn and where he hit only a few mil of water the whole bike shook as he got traction back.

PS Mark always scared the out of me.

They are tape-delayed here in the states since most of the race are in other parts of the world. I watch 'em live on motogp.com (you have to buy a subscription) and it usually means you have to be awake between midnight and 8 am if you want to follow all the action.

AWWWWW KRAP!!!

Well, great riding all around! Vermulen was awesome. Stoner surprised me in the wet. Rossi started off well but...... Well, I'm still hopefull he can pull it off in the remainder of the season somewhere.

Man, that was some crazy racing... Guitolli and DePuniet were riding great, until they both decided to bin it. Sucks for Nicky, that was a good point scoring opportunity for him.

Despite Rossi's bad finish, he was still the 2nd Michelin finisher. Tough break for Michelin, only 3 of the top 10 guys were on Mich rubber at their home track.

Looked like the rear came out, it got pretty ugly once he hit the sand traps.
He threw his signature pound the ground with his fists and curse the heavens fit once he quit rolling.

He lost the front under braking... bike slide on left side (left turn) until it hit the trap, then and Nicky hit the 'spin cycle'

From the onboard shot it looked like he was still full upright and just locked the front.

John Boy Walton win in the rain......... shocker to say the least. Thought for sure the rain would be Hoppers ticket to the top step. Pedrosa was differrent in the wet as well this time. Good race, COLIN WTF??? Pole to 17th on the first lap........................ Poor Nicky, the poll here was right, he's done for the year.
