Unhappy Give support, Not anger over injured racers.

Yes it's natural for us to get mad and cast blame. But all involved need support right now the cmra, friends and family of injured racers.
Cmra officials have known these guys longer than most of us and have deep feelings for them and I promise you they are hurting.
All racing orgs learn and grow from every event. With all the money Nascar and F1 have they are still learning and growing and there are still bad accidents.
If you care give your support, go to the races and buys tickets, by entry fees, donate to the air fence fund. Your support and money does help make the track more safe. Safety is a learning process but also costs money.
If you were not at the CMRA races this past weekend than you were not giving support.
You can also give support by visiting your motorcycle brothers in the hospital. Even if you don't know the injured, surely if you trackday or race you'll know their friends or family. It really means a lot to everybody to get visitors.
And remember they are hurting and don't want to hear about your 20/20 hindsight and how it could have been avoided. Just give them a hug and try and cheer them up.

Great post Whoop. The CMRA is a great organization and could be greater with more of everyone's support. Times like this we need to show those involved that we really are a "family" of motorcycle riders.

Whether we realize it or not we are all one big family. Sure we might not always want the guy next to us to win but we sure never want to see anyone crash. We feed off each other mentally and financially to keep this sport we all love alive.

Whoop is right we can take to the forums all day and speculate and day dream but that wont help the ones hurting or those that could be hurt in the future.

Whoop's a smart guy props bro!

I will say I've only been to 4 track days, but I'm amazed at how easy it is to meet new friends and work together towards the same goal. I've had riders offer to toe me out and such without even asking. Big props to all you guys. Just like one bad apple can mess things up you guys are a barrel of good apples. Pay it forward and you'll never go wrong!
