I do ride the ninja a little differently than my 600, the next trackday you go to lmk and say Hi, we have a pretty good set up on our 250's for our HalfFast racing team, maybe racing it or getting into endurance racing on that ninja might be something you'll want to get into after a couple trackdays on it.

im sure you'll have fun on it, and be a little surprised on how much corner speed you can carry on those skinnier tires

Knowing how busy and slow I am, the Ninja probably won't get any upgrades other than tires for a long time.

Tires are the first most most bang for your buck upgrade.

Didn't see much improvement with the pads. Ran stock pads all year and justin never complained keeping up with the top experts.
