Two points -

1) It was quite clear that a crash was going to happen. I knew it. There is no doubt. Had she been an experienced rider, yeah, it's your fault if you crash. But someone totally ignorant to the point where she didn't even realize that the throttle is operrated by twisting the rubber thingy on the end of that pipe - I "knew" beyond a doubt she would crash. Let someone else be at fault. If she persues another bike, then she is undauted by a simple fact - "She will crash withing 10 feet or less". But I'm not going to be the one that provided the tool of demise.

b) It's a really nice bike! Relative to the bike alone -It's no different than if I would have done what those guys did to that GSXR when they ramped if off the 5th floor of a parking ramp down to the pavement below just to watch it KA-SPLODE!. I just didn't want a nice thing wrecked for no reason. What a waste.

♂) She wasn't wearing a bikini so I felt no obligation to sell for selling sake. Now, had she dressed up for me (I like bright yellow or hot pink)- now yer talking a whole nuther ballgame. In that case, the bike comes with personal riding lessons and a muscle rubdown after each. NOOOO estra charge!
