[RIP] Rider killed by drunk driver Sun afternoon

https://www.google.com/maps/@29.6717...hA!2e0!6m1!1e1

Motorcyclist on an orange Honda was killed when he failed to yield the right of way to this drunk driver. This was at a stop sign near I-45 South and Winkler. I avoid riding on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday after 6 PM because of drunk drivers. Sadly, this was at 4 PM. I've been on this intersection on the way to 2 Wheel Toyz.

The news article said the motorcyclist is the one who did not yield to right of way, fellas. That makes it his mistake.
Ok, the driver was drunk...but the drunk driver did not cause this death. Not THIS death.

yep... poor old drunk driver got caught by someone running a stop sign.

Pretty much a fail on both accounts.

Pretty sure that stop sign is on an incline, might have been a new rider rolling through the stop to avoid stalling. Then again there's a truck meet at that shopping center every Sunday afternoon and those are usually a bunch of morons in that whole area.
