Race Team FEES

I'm looking for some insite on fee that accure during a race season w/ CMRA.
I know there are some fees that must be paid and some that are subject to wear.

Oil - Due Each Race
Tires - Replace Each / Every Other Race
Entry Fees - Each Race
Fuel - Due Each Race

Please help me add what I may be missing.

Tom, do you think I should calculate tire changes for each race or every other race?

As far as crash/repairs... we had it set up where if a rider went down during a practice or race, the rider paid 50% and the rest of the team paid the other 50% of repairs. If a rider was at a trackday and goes down, that person is responsible for 100% of the repairs within a timely manner(before the next tracday or race).

That sounds like a great way to handle the Crash part.

Absolutely fresh rubber for every race, and the longer ones plan on two rears if ya'll are running any sort of pace. Spares are a big part of the equation as well. Rear sets, levers, body work, chain and gearing, suspention set up and maint. on the suspention if you are not doing it yourself. We used to refreah both front and rear everyother race. At a minimum fork oil. Our team policy was crasher pays first 500.00 damage, then split the rest if needed. Transport cost was another thing we chipped in on. Also, make sure you don't end up doing ALL the set up and maint. Brake pads etc....

I have soome go fast goodies for the F4i is you want to take a look. EBC full float rotors etc.....

EBC race rotors(one race), PC IIIusb, rear brake set up, front brake set up, steel lines, master cylinder, levers, rear sets parts (vortex), seat, upper and lower triples, and something else I can't recall. My F4i burned up in a TWS (Texas World Speedway) endurance three years ago and still have parts all around the warehouse. Might still have a set sweet Jimmy C of forks.

we also had a pay in advance. If you were a no show at a race you still had to pay your share. Everyone knew it you wanted to drop out part way into the season you got nothing back from the preseason buy in.

as Buck said new rubber every race and figure anything 6 hrs or more you may need two sets.

Old rubber could be used for practice. Very minimum two sets of wheels we had three one with rains mounted.
