Sport bike. Thoughts of mileage limits?

Looking to get another bike ASAP and spend $4k or less. Found a gsxr 07 600 I like but has 20k miles. What mileage should I stay away from on these? Anything over -----? Thanks!

Be more concerned with maintenance And care of the bike than mileage.

At 20k clutch is about the only concern for me and that's right around 200.00 in parts

I wouldn't think mileage is an issue as much as condition of the bike and if it has been regularly maintained. You can have a bike that has low mileage and not maintained that will break down before a well maintained high mileage one will.

My '08 GSXR 1000 has 22K, at least half of which is track miles. Bike still runs great and passed the recent valve check with no issues. It's in such good shape, I'd rather keep it than sell for what it would bring.

I have 45k miles on my 2006 gsxr 750 and it still has the stock clutch.

The only problem that I have had with the bike so far is the R/R which is a well known issue on the gsxr's.

Looks like it is missing the front axle bolt. Might want to get that checked before riding it...

If not for the pink, would you have bought a wrecked bike that is missing critical parts?
