So there are many reasons for recurrent nose bleeds, some more serious than others.

quit picking it

You could have a blood vessel that is near the inner side, check with your doctor and they can suggest a laser cut. Quick and painless, relatively inexpensive.

i have the same problem, but it hasn't been too bad lately. used to get them all the time when i was younger. like someone else suggested, you can try a humidifier, they worked well for me. i think it has a lot to do with the weather, for me at least. just try to find a correlation so you know the cause.

your blood pressure changes minute by minute. any activity you do will have an impact on your blood pressure, no matter how small the change is, there will be a change.

If it is happening primarily when you sleep, i wouldn't think it would be blood pressure. As you sleep, all your vital organs slow down and should be at a " resting " rate. your B/P, heart rate, breathing rate, all slow during sleep.

if your B/P is elevated when you sleep, you might have a problem.

Try the humidifier, if that doesnt help, i would recommend going to an allergist, or an ENT specialist doctor.

humidity, allergies, and even taking ibuprofen daily are popular causes of nosebleeds. Hypertension and deviated septum of the nose are other causes.
