Bricks being set on RR

Just FYI we found 5 bricks set intentionally in the turns on RR this am. One of the riders hit one square and bent a rim. This is no accident - these are one half bricks being set in the road there is no sign of them falling off some truck - they are completely intact

Or find another place to ride and stop blasting up and down a road that people don't want you on.

What is RR?

And them, if they don't want people to use public roads then they can buy property out in BFE and be hermits, but trying to KILL someone is nothing less than attempted murder and if caught should be prosecuted.

Racers road. FM 1458. And it's about as BFE as you can get around here.

They did move out to bfe. I don't approve of the method but I can understand getting fed up with a bunch of loud bikes buzzing up and down my road every weekend.

I'll bet riding anywhere near the speed limit, the bricks aren't a problem.

Treating the road like a track is stupid, but the situation will more than likely resolve itself on its own without this. That being said, the nails and bricks and vigilante justice is complete stupidity. Call the police and be done with it.

To with them. They're not only putting riders lives at risk, they're possibly causing damage to OTHER peoples vehicles that live on that same road.

when riders haul thru RR their intention is to have fun and not to cause an accident but it happens, none the less.

when property owners sabotage the road their intention is to slow the riders to a safe speed and not to cause an accident but it happens, none the less.

an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.

there is no justifying riding that road or any other like it's a race track. do it and suffer the consequences.

Slowing people down to a safe pace is not the intention if people putting bricks and nails on a road. That is pure 100% malicious intent. I do understand their frustration, but there are other ways without causing damage to bikes (or worse) or even innocent people driving down that road.

I moved here recently from North Carolina.. The ppl living on the back roads that were frequented by riders would put sand throughout the twisty parts. I'm not talking about a light dusting either, it was enough to make you nervous going through it with no lean at all.

I agree with those above.. Take it to the track guys. If it was me living out there I wouldn't want to feel like I live on a racetrack (I have two small kids).

No cops/traffic/speed limits/bricks&nails in the road.. I don't know why anyone would choose not to ride track.. SMH
