That is assault with a motor vehicle...

Providing he even saw you, and you weren't in his blind spot...

That is some hoe shyt. I would definately hope to run across the again, especially since you know what he looks like. I will say though, never ride in the blind spot and ALWAYS try to give yourself an exit...PARTICULARLY with these crazy Houston motorists, no signal & cell phone blind lane changing capital of the fcukin' world...

All I can say is drive like your invisible, I try and stay close to a shoulder in case of situations like this. Then you have a place to go and not get trapped. Hit me up for those 636 parts.

Well ... this guy will get his change someway some time ... nonetheless ... perhaps ... there should be a list ... descriptive type... example : Car: description...Plates ... location/date and type of incident .... a watch list of somesort ... one we could just keep adding and updating ... a bit like that memorial list that was spoken of ...
An idea ...

Glad you are okay

report this to the police so they can get a trace of the vehicle. No plate required since it is a new vehicle. It is traced back to all the new car dealers, the detectives will find it. This is like an assault with a motor vehicle. If he do this to you, he will do it to someone else. Make sure that you tell the police that he intentionally try to hurt or kill you in this attempt.
