I will bring extra an gas in a can or two. The cases on the ADV are big enough to accommodate gas cans, and my wife's bike's range is still undetermined.

I will try, but so far I haven't found a decent iPhone app that can deal with .gpx files. Let me see what I can do though

Suck it up and buy the Nav V for your bike. The functionality is great.

Purchased two canisters with two gallons each today, in addition that my bike will have about 8gallons on board. I think we got the gas starved covered.

Fyi

I would suggest finding a different way to get to 362 & 290 besides coming down 290, the traffic due to construction on 290 SUCKS!

Ride Announcements & Clarifications:

There is road construction on 290 between Telge and Spring Cypress road. Consider taking 249 outbound to 2920, then west on 2920 to 290 to bypass the traffic.

Meetup spot is actually Waller County Line BBQ and Gas Station at 290 and 362. This is south of 290 on 362... in other words from 290 outbound, take the 362 exit and turn left to pass under 290. Waller County Line BBQ and Gas Station will be immediately on your right.

Meetup at 7:30 am with KSU at 8:00 am.

The overpass at barker cypress is closed so its forcing all the traffic onto the feeder, also causing all the ways around that area to be super congested

Hopefully we will get a bit more rain in the area tonight. No chance of rain at all right now for tomorrow.

Attached is the updated route. The previous route had too many via points; this fixes it by converting most to shaping points. This file is useful, the other is not.
