If the 750 was a good deal then sell it and with your profit buy a smaller bike!

She just needs to learn to take it easy and be smooth with the throttle. I have found that it is much different rolling on the throttle in first on the Gixxer than on the Ninja. If you aren't careful it will take off like a bat outta ! Lord knows, I'm STILL working on the whole "being smooth" thing. :eh:

Swap engines, keep the 750 look and throw a 500 in there for posing purposes! Other than that just show her the HP difference and all the technical specs, not all girls miss these concepts and hard facts. She needs to learn to respect it first and foremost. I started with dirt bikes and jumped to a 500 then and old zx6r and 750 and back to my new 636. My 636 actually has more HP and faster throttle response than my old 750s did. For the first "introduction period" take her through some neighborhoods and backroads to get use to leaning a heavier bike and start/stop throttle/clutch control. Starting out slow is the best bet.

if it was a good deal then keep it! if you can some of the old srads, you could change out motors, put a 6 in it and then when she is better put the 750 back in it! or just go buy another 600 and have two bikes
