Wow, I woulda killed for that 550! I gotta ask, even tho I know it's rude, what is something like that worth?

As for my 380, it belonged to my brother in law up in Western New York. He's a Harley guy and had owned this 380 since the early 1980's. It had been in storage for most of the time cuz... well, he's a Harley guy, lol. He moved from New York to Florida recently and asked if I was interested. Worked out perfect, I had to go to Florida to help my daughter move, so I swung by his place and gave him $500.
It was in running condition, everything worked and it was all original.
Needs a LOT of cleaning and several things like, tires, fork seals seat cover etc.

If you need a mechanic for it let me know. I have a great one. Very good with the vintage stuff and he is a big fan of that model.

Ha ha, I may have to take you up on that. I hope to do it all myself but if I get in over my head...

I do some of the work myself and I am starting to do more but Jay Baker at JBCycles is my mechanic. He built the Kat. Good guy.

Enjoyed it as well; that was a lot of fun. Your bike no worse for wear I hope?

That is sweet. The GS750 in my pics that looks like a GS1000S is going to be turned into a vintage racer.
