update, i got the title back. But I saw a picture of it and it looks pretty totaled. Do i have to pay for the fee now even if i don't want it back?

seems like a big hassle to go and get it if you sold it and are not interested in the bike just leave it in there after around 45 days they will auction it off if anything tell those tow lot to stick that bike where the sun don't shine lol

I got the original title back from the guy. Also its a 05 gsxr 600. I'll take some pics later on the day when i go to the impound
