Motorcycle Salvage Yards

Does Houston have any legit motorcycle salvage yards that will buy parts? I've got a pile of old ZX9R stuff that I want out of my garage and it would be nice to get some cash for it...

I'm open to any and all suggestions.

Shows a bunch of results when you search motorcycle salvage on Google Maps. I've only been to Union Motorcycle Salvage. They have a bunch of stuff there and really nice people. Never sold anything to them so I wouldn't know how much they would pay. But you can give them a call and see.

What do you have, i may be interested. Most salvage yards won't give much if anything.

I'd rather go with a salvage yard so I can get rid of everything at once. I don't really want to spend the time parting everything out piece by piece on Craigslist or Ebay.

93-96:
Front end minus wheel

98-99:
Frame & Swingarm (no title)
Rear Shock
Engine (needs stator cover)
Carbs (good for parts)
Fairings (better than nothing)
2 headlights
several seats
Paint
and a storage tote of miscellaneous.

I have tried it once to sell something to a motorcycle recycler, and quickly forgot about the idea. Basically their "idea" pf doing business with you if that they come and get your stuff if it is from an "interesting bike" and then give you squats.

"But we come and pick it up for free!"

Craigs list is a better choice if you want to give something away.
