If you decided this was safer than sitting at lights, you may want to rethink riding. Safer and more sensible options were mentioned.

Ouch, I still haven't hired one for my accident back in May. I've been dealing with USAA directly and so far, so good. 33% is a GRIP to pay an attorney, but I hope it works out. I still have 2 on the back burner should I need to hire one (USAA knows this as well).

A good biker is one who is a paranoid biker and always has a plan b or even c. There is too much idiocy in Houston to b trusting anyone out there.theft , killings, drunk drivers, n just retards with licenses who have no common sense. Y'all b safe out there, glad to hear u where able to give chace afterwards and catch the . I too got hit by a drunk driver once n was left on freeway with bike pinned on me and a blown up foot with tendons hanging.
the worst part of things like that happening to u is not the fixing or repairing or healing its the replaying thought in your head of what u coulda done different to catch n that up n the fact that probably out doing same cause u never taught him a lesson.keep Ya head up b proud u caught the coward n I'm pretty sure Ull b back on the road in no time.
