Light problem

So my taillight day time running lights won't come on but the brake light will when I brake. I changed out the bulb and still same thing. I checked the fuses and they were good. I traced my wires cut or any disconnection and still nothing. Nothing else is goin wrong with the bike so I'm clueless as of what the problem is. Any help will be nice. Thanks.

Seems more like a wiring issues. re-check the wires and connections at the taillight assembly.

Looking at them won't do much good. You'll need a volt meter.

LOL...Forgot to mention that. Check that you have voltage in the two positive wires going into the taillight assembly. A voltmeter is a very handy tool. Is worth to spend money in one and they are not expensive.

test light is simplier than a volt meter for these kind of fixes.
