Anytime it's not late July/august, heat exhaustion is no fun.

The only time of year good in Texas is Nov thru March.

So you all are saying it's just as awesome riding in 95+ temps and 100% humidity as it is in 72 degrees and low humidity. There is one thing to say you will ride all year long but you guys honestly and truly enjoy riding in the heat just as much as on a nice day?

I like the first time it gets cool enough not to sweat. I'll tolerate the heat when just riding, but hate riding to a destination (work, etc.) and arriving soaked with sweat. Rain feels good on those days.

It's not what you prefer, it's the best time of year to go riding? Not compared to driving a car, not when you will ride but the absolute best time to go for a ride.

i always ride in the rain on my bikes. Just these tires did suck ! I was sliding around like crazy. If i had no experience riding i would have easily crashed.

i drifted to a stop at a few stop lights and the rear came around on me about halfway.

All depends on the day (or night). I don't mind early morning or night rides in July/August at all. Everything during daylight hours during those months is pretty ugly though.
