... so you post a "Noob" ride with a brisk (not moderate) pace?

Very mis-leading title there.

I'm glad you think it's misleading (looks like it's spelled out quite plainly)... If you don't like it. Don't show up. Pretty easy descision if you ask me

Let's see, so I'm a noob, and this is a noob ride. I'm too noob for the noob ride (<1 month of experience), but I figured if chime in and say I am actually a little confused. By knee protection do you mean pants with knee pads (like CE rated armor found in jackets)? Or are you talking about knee pucks? Also, what exactly does "brisk but not moderate" pace mean? It would seem to me that what you're saying is that if there is something like cruise, moderate, and fast, that brisk is somewhere in the middle of moderate and fast. Which seems like an odd pace for a noob ride. But I'm a noob, so what do I know?

Additionally, what can I do to get practice for my eventual first ride other than just drive normally daily?

It's a noob ride. Why would they need knee protection?

And WTF does brisk mean? 10 over? 20 over? Splain yourself son!
